All I can say it WOW, TK has customer service on lock! My parents had gotten a quote from another company to remove a hot tub and a small amount of other items from their patio. When they told me how much, I was floored – I told them to cancel until I get more quotes. TK was referred to me by an agent we work with and from the minute we started communication, it was first class customer service. Their quote was reasonable and the service was fast, they treated my parents with respect and care and did an amazing job for them – delivering every bit the quality of work they promised, and then some. I will be referring them to every one of the thousands of agents we work with in North Florida and I am so happy to have found them. A real gem in this day and age. TK Hauling did an outstanding job for us! They came out on time and hauled away our broken hot tub along with other debris from our porch and yard. Communication was excellent — friendly, professional, and very responsive. Their pricing was fair, and they worked quickly while still being careful and respectful of our property. They even cleaned up before leaving, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services!
